炭/炭复合材料具有耐高温、能导电、有良好结构和材料强度，真空机是航天航空、粉末冶金、热压陶瓷、光伏产业及军工必不可少的核心材料。目前，全国年需求炭/炭复合材料量达万吨以上，因国内无法大量生产，一直依赖进口，严重的制约了我国各领域新材料产业的发展壮大。湖南省鑫源新材料股份有限公司生产的高性能炭/炭复合材料，实现了核心产品的国内规模性生产，替代了进口，将有力促进我国新材料、新能源等产业的发展。该公司生产的炭/炭螺栓已超德国、日本等国家相关产品标准，具有更高的性价比;炭/炭平板解决了炭/炭平板分层、变形等难题;高强度炭/炭复合材料的量产工艺解决了大尺寸三高石墨进口禁运问题
二、项目建设基础
1、本项目主要原材料为碳纤维坯体，国内该原料生产厂家供应充足，交通便利，具有优越的区位优势。
2、厂房征地拆迁、可行性研究报告编制等相关前期工作已完成。

项目建设规模：项目总投资50000万元(约合8065万美元)，分三期进行，建设完成年总产值达80000万元。

项目总投资50000万元(约合8065万美元)，第一期投资6000万元;第二期总投资18000万元;第三期总投资，26000万元。

第一期建设项目总投资为6000万元，年总销售收入为18000万元，年利润总额1931万元，投资回收期(所得税前)为5年。

Ⅰ. Necessity of the Project Construction:
Carbon/ carbon composite material is of heat resisting, conduct electricity, good structure and strength of materials, which is necessary core material of space flight and aviation, powder metallurgy, hot-pressed ceramics, photovoltaic industry and military project. At present, the quantity demanded of national carbon/ carbon composite material is over 10,000 tons, which is largely depend on importing due to the less production of the domestic market, seriously restricting the development stronger of the new material industry in every field. The high quality carbon/ carbon composite material produced by Hunan Xinyuan New Material Co.,LTD realized the domestic scale development of core productions, which substitude the imports, and strongly promoting the development of new material, new energy, etc industries. The carbon/ carbon bolt produced by the company has exceed the related production standard of German, Japan, etc countries, which is of high cost performance. Carbon/ charcoal tablets solve the problems of Carbon/carbon plate layer, deformation, etc. Mass production craft of high strong carbon/ carbon composite solve the embargo problem of large size three high graphite.
Ⅱ. Construction Foundation of the Project:
The main raw material of the project is carbon fiber body, the raw material production factories are in liberal supply, the traffic is convienent and the project is of advantage location. The factory land demolition, feasibility study, etc prophase work have been completed.
Ⅲ. Content and Scale of the Project:
The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan(About 80,650,000 dollars), the project will be constructed in three periods, the annual output value will be 800 million yuan after the project is completed.

The total investment of the project is RMB 500 million yuan (About 80,650,000 dollars). The investment of phase one is 60 million yuan , that of phase two is 180 million yuan, and that of phase three is 800 million yuan.
Ⅴ. Product Market and Analysis of the Economic and Social Benefit:
The phase one construction investment is RMB 60 million yuan, the annual output value is RMB 180 million yuan, and the annual profit before tax is RMB 19.31 million yuan. The return of investment period is 5 year.
